At Wallstorie, we maintain a transparent and customer-first approach while respecting the nature of customized products.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
- Once production begins, cancellations are not allowed.
- Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Customized wallpapers
- Made-to-measure curtains
- Blinds and tailored products
These products are created specifically based on customer requirements.
3. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Products
Eligible cases:
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Incorrect product delivered
Conditions:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo/video proof
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
4. Replacement Policy
After verification:
- Free replacement will be provided, OR
- Partial/full refund will be issued based on the case
5. Refund Policy
Applicable in:
- Valid cancellations
- Approved damage/defect claims
Refund Details:
- Processed via original payment method
- Timeline: 5–10 business days
6. Installation Services
- Installation-related issues must be reported within 24 hours
- Damages due to misuse after installation are not covered
7. Color Variation Disclaimer
- Minor color differences may occur due to:
- Screen variations
- Lighting conditions
- These are not considered defects
8. Measurement Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements
- Wallstorie is not liable for incorrect measurements
